Team

Chairman of the Board of Auriga Partners, Jacques co-founded Auriga Partners in 1998 after experiences at IDI and Finovelec as an investor and General Secretary. Jacques is a graduate of the Ecole de Commerce de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris. He is also a Knight of the Legion of Honor.

Jacques CHATAIN

Partner of Auriga Partners and Member of the Executive Board. After experiences at Merrill Lynch or Fred & Farid Digital, Geoffroy joined Auriga in 2017 as co-founder of Luxury Tech Fund and Cuir Invest. He is now in charge of Auriga Cyber Ventures. Geoffroy is a graduate of ESCP Business School. 

Geoffroy ROSSET

Partner of Auriga Partners and Member of the Executive Board. Nabil is the founder of Biotech Promise and DNA Finance, and has extensive experience and a network of experts in this environment. Nabil is a graduate of Centrale Supélec.

Nabil GHARIOS

Partner of Auriga Partners and Member of the Executive Board. Sébastien joined Auriga Partners in 1999. Responsible for the management of the Generalist Funds and some SPVs. Sebastien is involved in deal financing structuration and implementation of new investment Funds. He is a graduate of the Institute Supérieur de Gestion and of the D.E.C.F

Sébastien DESCARPENTRIES

Partner of Auriga Partners and Member of the Executive Board. Responsible for all support functions (Accounting, Investor Relations, ESG), Mathieu joined Auriga in 2021 after experience in Consulting (DNA finance), Financial Management and Financing (BPI). Mathieu holds a degree in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine – PSL.

Mathieu CHATAIN

Investment Director of the Auriga Cyber Ventures Fund. William was previously the National Coordinator of the Cyber Strategy for France after an experience at the DGA. William is a graduate of Polytechnique.

 

William LECAT

Venture Partner at Auriga Partners, Philippe invested in a number of software and semiconductor ventures, among which Neolane (acquired by Adobe), EVE (sold to Synopsys), Nexthink (for which he has served on the board of directors since 2007), etc. Prior to this, he was a professor and computer scientist (at Carnegie Mellon University, ENSTA…). He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. from the Ecole Polytechnique.

Philippe GRANGER

Sarah is an Associate at Auriga Cyber Ventures Fund, which she joined after several years in cybersecurity consulting. After studying War Studies and Philosophy at King’s College London, Sarah obtained a degree in Venture Finance from Oxford University.

Sarah ISAL

Cédric is an Operating Partner at Auriga Partners ; he is a private equity and venture capital professional with 17 years in industry, specialising mainly in software and healthcare.

Before obtaining an MBA (Oxford-UK) he worked for 7 years in marketing and strategy (Schneider Electric) as a graduate engineer (ESIEE-Paris).

Cédric BERGER

Partner. She is responsible for the Luxury Tech Fund and Cuir Invest, which she co-founded. Céline has built a strong ecosystem in the Luxury and innovation sector, notably around initiatives such as Fashion & Technology Lab, Fashion Capital Partners, Decoded Fashion Paris, Luxury & Digital book and the Luxury Forward conference.

Céline LIPPI

Head of Fund Accounting. Franck has been responsible for the accounting and monitoring of the legal and regulatory aspects of the Funds at Auriga Partners since January 2012. Franck previously worked at Grant Thornton. He holds a DECF (Diploma of Accounting and Financial Studies).

Franck ELBEZ

Chloé is a Life Sciences Analyst at Auriga Partners, which she joined after several experiences in innovation financing and biotech start-up structuring. Chloé graduated with a doble degree from AgroParisTech and Sciences Po Paris

Chloé ROCHE

Investor Relations and Communication Manager. Patricia has been part of the Auriga Partners team since its creation. She is in charge of quarterly reports and provides back office support, particularly in the process of underwriting new investors. She is also in charge of the organization of Supervisory Boards, Strategic and Evaluation Committees as well as investor meetings.

Patricia ROISAIN

Office Manager, Françoise joined the company in 2021. She is in charge of the reception, the secretariat of the management team, the logistics of the various professional events of the company as well as the preparation and the follow-up of the related files.
